We aim to replicate your home environment without the headache of cooking , cleaning of dishes or laundry chores. Your beach walks, reading and social activity is our primary concern. Our food catering services, made up of Breakfast and Lunch have a health orientation but remain wholesome with home cooked recipes and passionate cooking flair. We would like your lifestyle to be elevated. The lifestyle dream of owning a house on the coast can be replicated with this rental including all services option. The Accommodation may be a step down from the large house you occupied previously but the lifestyle is so much better. No more water, lights, House maintanance or cooking. Just sit back and chill.
Recreational Services
This is a beautiful 6-acre property near the beach. You can walk to the beach from the security gate in just one minute. The property has a pool, as well as a putting and chipping green for golf enthusiasts. There are also many spots to go for walks and enjoy the scenery. You can take a peaceful 5 km walk along the beach to Mtwalume or 5 km in the opposite direction to Ifafa. Fishing along this strip is good. Once a week, you can go to Pennington or Scottburgh for shopping. On Fridays, you can visit the Umdoni Golf Club and play 9 holes at an exceptionally good rate.
Communal Dinning and Social Area.
Our dining area is enclosed and central to most rooms. In addition there are several other entertainment areas where functions can take place or where people can gather. The property is secured with electronic lazer beams and several surveilance cameras. We have security at night 7 days a week.
It's a new concept but we have the right experience
The Laughing Forest wedding venue is where we built our experience, in our time we have walked more than 200 brides down the aisle. From these weddings we have averaged a 4.7/5 rating. The gradual shift to lifestyle rental is being undertaken to lighten the load. Our retirement is also on the horizon and we hope to gently ease into these golden years. The services we are offering are those which we ourselves wish to benefit from. Our team has the experience and we trust them to continue with the KZN hospitality.
